Terms and Conditions

1. "Borga": A user in the diaspora who creates tasks for Assistants to execute.
2. "Assistant": A user in the home country who accepts and completes tasks for Borgas.
3. "Task": A specific activity or assignment created by a Borga for an Assistant to complete.
4. "Pledge": The amount deposited by a Borga as payment for a task, held in escrow by konnectHome until task completion is verified.

1. Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use konnectHome.
2. By using the app, you confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date.

1. Users must create an account to access the app's features.
2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
3. konnectHome reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

1. Borgas can create tasks, including detailed descriptions and pledges.
2. Assistants can browse and accept tasks that match their skills and availability.
3. Once a task is accepted, both parties are bound to adhere to the agreed-upon terms.
4. Borga's/Assistance are not allowed to share any personal contacts such as whatsapp, email or other similar communication details with the assistance during tasks creation or execution process.

1. Borgas must deposit the pledged amount into the app’s escrow system when creating a task.
2. Payments will only be released to the Assistant after the Borga confirms the task is completed satisfactorily.
3. In case of disputes, konnectHome will mediate and determine the appropriate resolution.

1. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the Refund Policy.
2. Borgas can request a refund only before approving the release of funds to the Assistant.
3. konnectHome reserves the right to deduct a 10% fee from refunds to cover bank transactional and administrative costs.

For Borgas:

• Provide clear and accurate task descriptions.
• Approve payments promptly after task completion, if satisfied.
• Communicate professionally with Assistants.

For Assistants:

• Complete tasks diligently and within the agreed timeframe.
• AProvide evidence of task completion when required.
• Communicate professionally with Borgas.

Users must not:

1. Misrepresent their identity or provide false information.
2. Use the app for illegal or fraudulent activities.
3. Attempt to bypass the app's payment system.
4. Engage in abusive or unprofessional behavior towards other users.

1. konnectHome will mediate disputes between Borgas and Assistants.
2. Both parties must provide evidence and cooperate during the mediation process.
3. konnectHome's decision on disputes is final and binding.

1. konnectHome acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the quality, completion, or outcomes of tasks.
2. konnectHome is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from user interactions or transactions.

1. Users may deactivate their accounts at any time.
2. konnectHome reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

1. All content, features, and designs of the app are the property of konnectHome and assistBorga.
2. Users may not copy, distribute, or use app content without explicit permission.

konnectHome and assistBorga values user privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected, used, and protected.

1. konnectHome or assistBorga may update these Terms periodically.
2. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or app notifications.
