Often, when diasporans authorize someone to carry out a task—like visiting a family home or business location—that permission can be abused. Individuals may return later uninvited, leveraging the initial access to pursue personal interests or manipulate contacts.
Each time a task requires access to personal property or a third party (e.g., a family member or business partner), we require users to indicate this. If access is needed, the system generates a secure, time-sensitive access key . This key must be presented by the assistant to your contact on every visit. The key changes with every task, ensuring no previous assistant can gain unauthorized entry using old permissions.

2. Fraudulent Updates and Fake Progress
One of the most common complaints from the diaspora is the receipt of false progress updates—photos or videos taken from other projects, manipulated to create the illusion of work being done.
We use an escrow-style digital wallet that holds pledged funds until the task is completed and approved by the user. Assistants must submit verifiable evidence of progress within the platform—photos, receipts, videos, or location data—which the user must approve before any payment is released.

4. Personal Data Protection

We never share users’ personal contact details with assistants. Communication is strictly within the app through a secure messaging system. We strongly advise users not to bypass this system by sharing external contact information.
